2017 Eagle Haven Sangiovese
This wine is a wonderful chameleon, the wine profiles change or adapt to whatever region the grapes are grown, making this a very approachable wine. Impress your friends by bringing this bone-dry medium to full body red around. They will taste deep cherries, roasted tomatoes, sweet balsamic and espresso. The medium to high tannins can often give the mouth a feel of smoke and campfires. This red will taste wonderful around a campfire or think red peppers, tomatoes, or anything grilled. Decant or let this wine breathe life into it for about 30 minutes prior to serving and allow for the robust garnet colored wine to reach full shining potential.
2017 Eagle Haven Tempranillo
Don’t leave without getting to know this undiscovered varietal. Pour a taste and transport yourself to Spain as you smell the ripe cherries and plums, with a beautiful hint of vanilla and tobacco from American Oak aged for 3 years. Sip the dry, medium-colored ruby wine to bask in the flavors of dried fig on the tongue, with an earthy tomato at the back of your throat. The medium tannins and medium acidity provide a smooth finish that would be a worthy component for grilled foods, red sauces, and smoky dishes.
2017 Eagle Haven Zinfandel

Aged in American Oak for 3 years, the exotic spices, and spiced plum on the tongue will leave you asking for more of this flavor packed wine.
The elevated tannins give off a beautiful bold finish with a smoky aftertaste, begging you to pair this dark ruby beauty with any meat grilled or rich fold cheddar and smoked gouda.
Generous and expressive with lively black cherry and smoky pepper flavors that take on speed toward fine-grained tannins.
Blackberries, plum and smoke aromas lead to black raspberry and pepper. Followed up by a moderate acid structure, this wine will age well but is very approachable now. Pairing: pork, duck and game bird.
