​ Sue Bloomfield has a passion for the beauty of the natural world and expresses her creativity in fiber arts, printmaking, photography, and jewelry making, but has found her “home” as an acrylic artist.
“Painting allows me to interpret the energy, serenity, and joy I find in nature.
My guide in what I paint is always movement, light, and color. Fluid lines are dynamic and elegant. Light and shadow add depth. Vibrant color adds to the beauty. While I am influenced by art throughout history that focuses on these, I strive to achieve my own interpretation.
I paint landscapes and animals that enrich our lives. I paint without including human constructs, instead focusing on aspects of nature that can easily get lost in our everyday lives.”

​​Jamie Wick is a locally recognized pastel artist based in Washington State. She is best known for her landscape and wildlife paintings followed by the occasional still life. Creating images of the local landscape, her work allows her to constantly explore new places and techniques, inviting the viewer to see nature in diverse ways. While she has had little formal training and is primarily self-taught, she is constantly learning from the creativity and beauty that she keeps surrounded around her.
